I wish people of color, LGBTQIA+, women, people with disabilities and other underrepresented groups could FEEL SAFE when playing a video game. Can't even escape racism in a fake world. I still gotta fight it in here.
#Activision / #InfinityWard only allow you to report offensive gamertags or any offensive text messages but NOTHING you can do when it comes to getting verbally assaulted with racist slurs for simply being yourself aka #Vietnamese... This needs to change, and Activision/Infinity Ward needs to step it up. Otherwise, just looks like you guys support all this sh*t. Then again, Activision in specific has got a pretty disgusting record.
Just want to play some video games in peace. And just to set the record straight - this ain't the first time on 'Call of Duty' where I've run into racism.. got a lot more.. sadly.. But it isn't going to go away if no one says anything.
