Hopeful for 'New Code of Conduct in Call of Duty' (Send in Clips to Report Players)

This would be a huge win if they actually implement this.. As of now, players can just say whatever they want without any consequence. Activision better step it up. I'll believe it when I see it. Thanks to @OpTicGaming for filling me in on this (cut from the OpTic podcast Ep #92)
