#Oscars final voting has begun and the show is set to air soon, so let's take a deep dive #WIE style.

While the media tends to get caught up in representation with nominations - which is incredibly important - a lot of the time people don't take a look behind-the-scenes of the actual show. Based off IMDb and what's out there online, here's a look at the women behind the 2022 #AcademyAwards.
